Delivery Conditions

The shipping time for each product can be viewed when choosing the shipping method and is always counted in business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. We utilize various courier services which may vary by region. Shipping times can also vary; in some cases, product ordering may be necessary. If the product is in stock, we guarantee shipment within the shortest informed timeframe. When ordering multiple products in the same order, all items will be delivered together, considering the product with the longest shipping time.

Please note: The shipping period begins after payment approval, typically taking 48 business hours on average. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM, and in some regions, on Saturdays.

Important:

Once the order is finalized, changes to the delivery method, request for expedited shipping, or priority cannot be accommodated. All delivery times account for stock availability, region, invoice issuance process, and product preparation time. Our system automatically sends alert emails with each order status update, so it’s crucial to keep your email address updated in your registration.

If delivery attempts fail three times, the order will return to our Distribution Center. To attempt delivery again, confirm the address and pay a new shipping fee. The timeframe for resending the product matches the initial order's informed shipping time, counting from address confirmation or payment.

Natural and Adverse Factors:

Events like heavy rains, accidents, or strikes in the delivery region may prevent the carrier's arrival. In cases of incorrect or incomplete addresses, contact our Customer Service to report the incident. If the error lies with the customer, they will be responsible for the new shipping fee.

Shipping Cost

Orders totaling over $200 qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the customer's destination ZIP code and the cubic weight of purchased products. You can simulate shipping costs in your shopping cart.

Tracking Product Shipment:

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email allowing you to track your shipment. If shipped via USPS, a tracking code will be provided. For shipments via our partner couriers, the website and invoice number will be sent. Note: If tracking isn't available with the courier, contact our Customer Service Center.
